OurJourney to a More Trustworthy Future
Hi, this is Dr. Tim Potter, a family physician who saw a lot of scandal and fraud in the COVID era coming from the institutions we were all told we could trust. This isn’t too surprising given that the world’s wisest person (our Creator) told us that the love of money is the root of all kinds of evils, and that we are not to love the world or the things of the world. This suggests that, contrary to some religious people’s opinions, trusting everything that comes down from the CDC and the New York Times is not necessarily God’s path to being a good person and loving our neighbor. But as tragic as this realization has felt, it started me on a journey to seek for a better foundation, one that hews closer to the One who is The Truth. This podcast will be a review of what I’m reading and learning and why it’s interesting to me, and hopefully is interesting to you too! As I mentioned, my life experience is that Truth is a Person, so as we review some information that points at truths, we will try to point at Mr. Truth too, God Himself as revealed in Jesus the Savior.
